Dr. Heather Hutchings

Heather Hutchings, D.O., is a board-certified physician specializing in wound care and limb preservation at Limb Preservation Center of East Tennessee. Dr. Hutchings treats each patient like family. Her compassion shines through in every interaction you’ll have with her during the treatment process.

Dr. Hutchings started our Lenoir City, TN clinic after helping build wound care programs in two different hospital systems across the Eastern U.S. She has spent the last 13 years refining her wound care practices and leading the East Tennessee community in hyperbaric medicine to fill the gap in care that is traditionally offered to wound care patients.

Dr. Hutchings earned her medical degree at the University of Pikeville - Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky. She has been in practice for more than two decades, providing patients with the expertise and advanced treatment they deserve.

At Limb Preservation Center of East Tennessee, Dr. Hutchings treats a variety of conditions through individualized treatment plans to give patients the best chance for healing. Ultimately, her goal is to improve our patients’ quality of life through specific healing measures with the goal to avoid extreme options such as amputation.

Dr. Hutchings deeply values the Lenoir City community and is proud to call it home. Outside of work, you can find her supporting local organizations serving our community members, exploring our city’s history, spending time with her husband and daughters, and caring for their horses on their farm.

Camlin Morton, FNP

Camlin Morton, FNP, is a Knoxville native with deep roots in the East Tennessee community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Middle Tennessee State University. With 9 years of experience as a registered nurse at UT Medical Center, Camlin honed her skills in both acute care and patient management. She then served as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at UT Urgent Care in Lenoir City for 6 years, where she developed a strong connection with the local community and a deep appreciation for the people she serves.

Her career has given her extensive experience in wound care, and she is passionate about providing specialized care to patients with complex wound needs. As a provider, Camlin values building relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust, and strives to offer the highest quality care to every patient she sees.

Now, she is excited to join Dr. Hutchings and the team at Limb Preservation Center of East Tennessee as they continue to grow and serve the community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time on Norris Lake with her family, attending live music events, reading, and watching TV series. She is also an regular community volunteer and enjoys participating in local community events.
